All enquiries are subject to review. Pricing, timelines, deliverables and revisions are confirmed in writing before work begins.

Artwork approval

Clients are responsible for reviewing submitted artwork, spelling, measurements, colours and specifications before approval.

Payments and cancellation

Payment terms and cancellation arrangements are defined in the accepted quotation and remain subject to applicable law.

Third-party suppliers and delivery

Some apparel, promotional products and deliveries involve third-party providers. Specific responsibilities and lead times will be stated in the relevant quotation.

Intellectual property

Ownership and permitted use of designs and source files are defined in the project agreement.
